Part of the civil society of Lezhë, initially as a youth volunteer in international and national organizations and then as a staff for well-known national CSO’s. Erlinda has majored in Social Work and has joined H.A.N.A in January 2021 for the long term, bringing a fresh youth perspective and agile facilitation skills.
