In the focus of the H.A.N.A. Centre Environmental Education never loses its importance!
With the young people who are conducting Community Service Hours in the center’s premises we watched the Documentary “A Plastic Wave” which was followed by a fruitful discussion about the consequences that a disposable plastic has on our environment, about the immediate effects we feel and the ways that each of we can lend influence and contribute to the aid of this global cause.
“Plastic Pollution is a very real threat to the future of our planet, the animals that inhabit our oceans and ultimately the human race. The problem is far worse than it seems on the surface and we need to act now to ensure we protect the future for ourselves and our planet.”
