We are doubly grateful to have met Erald Kapri.
Firstly because it is intellectually rewarding to meet a scholar of history and secondly because thanks to his connection, the library of H.A.N.A, the sector of memory and the study of the country’s past was enriched with titles of exhaustive publications on the dark Albanian world of the dictatorship.
