We love volunteering, it’s clearly evident given the the path we have chosen! However, we love activism even more as a vision. The activist is molded to act and cause change not merely to participate and serve. With a group of youth, we have started an adventure where the destination is activism originating from the group members, not from the center coordinators.
If you feel uncomfortable with the problems around you and want to do something; if you feel you have energy to vent and free time to “donate”; if you feel like belonging to something bigger than yourself, request membership.
After a small audition, the group members will decide if you are a good fit to the group.
