On the second day, the second preparatory session was held, where the main focus was on the division of roles and groups: The participants were divided into 8 teams, with each member being informed about their role within the group and the time allotted for each phase of the debate. This division facilitated the preparation of each team and created a clear structure for the development of the debate.
Main Themes of the Resolutions
The debate resolutions will be based on three main themes, which summarize some of the most important focuses of the winter school:
– Human Rights
– Free and Ethical Media
– The Rule of Law
These themes were chosen to reflect the key challenges and priorities of the previous phases of the program, preparing the participants to tackle real and significant social issues.
With 8 teams and 32 young people directly involved, along with many others participating in support, this tournament promises to be an interesting and challenging journey. We invite everyone to follow this journey to see how these young participants will engage with the debated topics and develop their skills through this important educational process.
The selected participants showed enthusiasm in joining the tournament and expressed their anticipation for the skills they expect to gain from this tournament in line with the established themes.
