On Wednesday, June 30, at 18:00, at the H.A.N.A Youth Center, we welcome the Institute for the Study of the Crimes and Consequences of Communism in the screening and discussion of the film project realized by them “Kampi i Punës së Maliqit”.
This virtual museum is about the infamous project of drying up the Maliqi Swamp, which the dictatorial communist regime used as a trigger to torture 1800 political prisoners of Vloçisht Camp, among whom 63 lost their lives in this mission, as well as the execution of engineers educated across Europe.
Such stories are kept away from the eyes and minds of the youth but the information and memory of the new generations is the guarantee of a conscious tomorrow in search of democracy!
