How H.A.N.A Centre’s Tech Programs Are Making a Difference
H.A.N.A Centre’s ICT Skills programs are shaping the next generation of innovators, equipping young people with practical skills and guiding them toward meaningful careers in the digital age.
We are proud to highlight the journeys of participants from our Web Coding, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design courses—young individuals who have not only gained valuable technical expertise but have also begun applying their knowledge to real-world projects that impact their communities.
One such story is that of Kristi Gjoni, a student in his third year at “Hydajet Lezha” High School. Kristi is now certified in both Web Coding and Graphic Design, and he has quickly put these skills to work. He has co-founded two significant digital platforms: Porta XIII and ELEKTOIAL – The Albanian Voter’s Portal, both aimed at strengthening civic engagement through technology.
His commitment and innovation have not gone unnoticed. Kristi earned first place in both the first and second editions of the Hackathon – Anti-Corruption, a competition that challenges youth to find tech-based solutions to social issues. His achievements are a clear demonstration that talent and dedication, when supported by the right resources, can lead to exceptional outcomes.
Reflecting on his experience, Kristi shares:
“The courses offered by H.A.N.A Centre not only allowed me to develop my skills but also helped me clarify the academic path I want to pursue at university.”
Kristi’s story is just one among many inspiring examples of how our programs are helping young people take confident steps toward their future. At the H.A.N.A Center, we remain committed to fostering an environment where innovation, learning, and civic responsibility come together to empower the leaders of tomorrow.
