A letter addressed to “Him” is the initiative undertaken by 20 girls and women from Northern Albania who appeal to their father, brother who are sitting at the family table already waiting, waiting, and greedily step away from the table, still waiting, in another corner of the house.
They appeal to their ex-partner, partner or father of their children who did not whatsoever share a common journey with them, nor were they the shoulder on which they could lean for support, much less the source of strength in life!
A letter to “Him” is addressed to you, girls and women.
Let’s gather cross-legged around the table of truth, of the invisible that is unconsciously worn under our clothes.
The exhibition is hosted by Marinela Prendi and will take place at H.A.N.A Centre.
