HA.N.A is a local youth center and NGO in Lezhë Municipality, among other issues engaged in election monitoring and observation, with accreditation from the CEC. We have chosen to collaborate with KRIIK Albania to maximize our efficiency and organizational expertise. H.A.N.A representatives have been trained by the Global Campus of Human Rights for short-term election observation in international contexts.
