With His Excellency, Mr. Philipe Donckel, diplomatic mission of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Western Balkans & Turkey, we visited the leadership of Lezhë Municipality, headed by Mr. Pjerin Ndreu – Mayor and the Regional Directorate of Pre-Education -Universitar, Mr. Hasan Muça.
H.A.N.A is honored to have enabled this liaison which could result in fruitful inter-national cooperation, between Luxembourg and Lezha.
Among other things, an exchange visit and possible twinning of a school in Lezha with a public school in Luxembourg could be the next step, as per proposal of the Ambassador.
Familiarity with the work of the municipality as well as the concept of the Community Center school that encourages non-formal learning, turned out to be an excellent premise for cooperation and promotion of non-formal learning now and in the future.
Grateful to the institution of the municipality and DRAP Lezha for the seriousness invested in this visit.
