In the latest session of the Web & Graphic Design course, participants continued working with Adobe Illustrator, experimenting with tools that support the creation, customization, and modification of shapes, deepening their skills in vector design.
During the session, students learned to use:
• Line Segment Tool – for creating precise straight lines, the foundation of any complex design. Participants learned to control the length, angle, and position of lines, as well as how to use the Stroke Panel to adjust thickness and style.
• Paintbrush Tool – for artistic and organic expression, using built-in or custom brushes. Participants experimented with calligraphic, artistic, and decorative brushes to add style and dynamism to their designs.
• Eraser Tool – for modifying and transforming existing shapes by removing parts of objects, enabling the creation of new and more creative compositions.
To apply their skills, participants worked on individual and group exercises, combining lines, brushes, and effects to create unique illustrations while reinforcing their control over design details.
