With about 15 tWe want to open a discussion on the meaning of the word democracy and judge that a good starting point is knowing some of those who gave their lives in search of it in our country! We started a new journey with the youth; acquaintance with great figures (unknown to them), the class of true intellectuals who left our country prematurely! Sabiha Kasimati, the first Albanian scientist, reacted openly to the crimes of the dictatorial system, an intellectual opposed to political reprisal against free speech. Youth should be nurtured with a culture of memory and knowledge of behavior patterns. We also discussed and got to know primary Law no. 75/2019 “For Youth” which returned to us in a good reflective moment for its benefits and question marks. Although this law has not yet been followed with all the DCMs necessary to enter into full implementation, it recognizes youth work and the youth worker for the first time. On the other hand, there are clear indications of a form of centralization of efforts by those working for / with youth in a common denominator; MASR and Local Government Units through umbrella structures created to represent individuals aged 15-29
