In about 2 hours, with 12 young people present, we analyzed the 2019 performance report for the Municipality of Lezha prepared with the assistance of the project ‘Strong Municipalities’, implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in 61 municipalities of the country. Mr. Hekuran Koka, representative of the project in question, divided the 4 directions where he focused, focusing in particular on the performance with indicators of the Municipalities, an aspect regulated through law no. 68 of Local Finance. Out of 36 services in total offered by the Municipality of Lezha, during 2019, 7 result without financial support (social housing, community relations, care services etc). It is also noted that the revenues generated by the municipality have increased by 63% compared to 2018.
