For several days part of the H.A.N.A we had Aquila. A small eagle that Enea, one of the young volunteers and part of our Center, took care of getting the right initial care and trusted us to take care of until we found a longer life home and specialized people who to take care of.
Aquila was found injured, unable to fly and provide her food, was immediately taken to the vet and rehabilitated under those possible conditions.
From the contact with experts in the field, we contacted the Wildlife Recovery Center Divjake and with the help of the Administration of Protected Areas Lezha we provided its transport to Divjaka where for the coming months we will take care that Aquila returns to its best form good!
We wish Aquila full health as soon as possible and that people become aware of the pain they cause to a poor and vulnerable animal and that there are no more such accidents.
