This week “Kolin Gjoka” Vocational School was the one that, together with its students, hosted the exhibition “Re:waste – How is Sweden rethinking resources?”
Among the things the Swedish model provides is: “One of the keys to a successful recycling system is service and ease of use. The easier it is for consumers to recycle, the more they will do it.”
One of the main obstacles to having a recycling system is facilitating and enabling the necessary infrastructure to make this possible. Lobbying and requesting accountability for these terms is up to each of us.
These are important conversations to have and we thank Kolin Gjoka School for the space they gave us to talk with its students as well as their continuous cooperation and for always having their doors open for us.
