The inter-institutional agreement between the Youth Center H.A.N.A and the Municipality of Lezha, signed on January 18, 2021, creates facilitating conditions for cooperation by; officially recognized the center and its program as a service unit for young people in the territory of Lezha Municipality, including a young person recommended by the Center as a member of the Local Youth Council according to Law 75/2019 On Youth, recognized the role of the Center as a mediator of student internships in this institution, other collaborations under the premise of solidarity for causes involving young people aged 13-29.
